Have you noticed that everything you experience directly affects every aspect of your wellbeing?
Thoughts that arise impact your emotional state.
Emotions often lead to negative thinking.
Physical illness impacts your mind and emotions.
Imbalances in mind and emotions often create physical illness.
Spiritual disconnection can disturb all of the above.
And around and around we go.
From a holistic perspective, what happens on one level of life - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually - inherently affects the others.
During stressful, uncertain times like this, it’s common to be experiencing disharmony on multiple levels at once.
So, it’s important to check in with yourself often and tune into what may be brewing.
Ask yourself how you feel now compared to how you felt 3, 6 or 12 months ago.
Is there something that’s gradually getting worse as the year wears on?
Has something new cropped up that’s beginning to concern you?
Act, don’t ignore.
It’s always easier to unwind whatever is accumulating sooner than later before long-standing dis-ease sets in.
Now is the time to make yourself a priority.
It’s OK to give yourself permission to take care of YOU.
You deserve your own care and attention.
To begin, just take a few minutes to get quiet, connect with your breath, feel into your heart, and ask what is calling out for you attention.
Honor however you feel and what you receive.
This alone is a beautiful act of self-love.
